UNIQ conducts extensive research on properties for the benefits of these associates and their clients, so that they can make informed purchasing decisions.

In 2007 UNIQ was engaged as the exclusive Real Estate Agent for the Victorian State Office of Australian Finance Group Ltd, consisting of over 2000 finance brokers Australia wide.
